Information we collect

When you use our eligibility form we collect your name, phone, email, property address, and your answers about fire damage, insurance, and legal representation. We also automatically collect device and usage information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the ad or mailer that brought you here) through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To evaluate your potential claim, contact you, provide legal services, measure and improve our advertising, and comply with legal obligations. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate, including our client intake system (GoHighLevel) and website hosting. If you allow advertising cookies, advertising partners such as Meta may receive device and usage information to measure our ads, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. We do not sell your form answers.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law or professional rules.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing.

To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of any page. To make any other request, call 310-642-6900. We will verify your request before responding.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the site and remember your choice. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you allow them, and you can change your choice anytime through "Cookie Settings."
